How can I reserve a pitch or accommodation?

You can book directly on our website. You can contact us by telephone or email if you would like further information before making your booking.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes for pitches, no for accommodation. However, during peak season, we recommend booking in advance.

Do you accept late arrivals?

Late arrivals are possible until 9 p.m. It is essential that you notify us in advance and we will explain the late arrival procedure to you.

If I cancel my booking, will I be refunded?

We offer cancellation insurance that allows you to be reimbursed, depending on the reason. If you have not taken out this insurance, you will not be entitled to any refund. However, we may be able to offer you a postponement of your stay, subject to availability.

What time can I arrive?

Arrivals are possible from 2 p.m. for pitches and from 4 p.m. for accommodation. If you arrive earlier, you can wait in the outdoor car park. It is strictly forbidden to enter the campsite without first passing through reception (this is a safety measure in case of an incident, as all our guests must be registered!).

How late can I stay on the day of departure?

Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon and accommodation by 10 a.m. An appointment must be made in advance for the exit inventory.

What payment methods are accepted on site?

Bank card, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper or online).

Should deposits be provided?

On the day of arrival, you will be asked to pay the following deposits:

  • €300 for accommodation
  • €50 for cleaning the accommodation
  • €20 for the badge granting you access to the campsite

Are bed sheets provided in the accommodation?

No, but rental is possible and is offered as an option when you make your booking. Fitted sheets on mattresses are mandatory. We provide blankets or duvets and pillows.

Is there heating in the accommodation?

Yes, in the mobile homes, tithomes and the cottage.

Is there air conditioning in the accommodation?

No

Is cleaning included in the price of accommodation?

No, and you must leave the accommodation clean and tidy. You can choose the cleaning package as an extra (optional when you make your booking).

Is there WiFi on the campsite?

Yes. Unlimited connection for €2.

Is it possible to charge an electric car at the campsite?

No, the campsite does not have charging facilities for electric cars, and it is strictly forbidden to plug your car into an accommodation socket or the campsite’s charging points. You can find electric charging stations in the village (post office car park 500 metres away or Super U 2 kilometres away).

Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes. The campsite has a special toilet cubicle for people with reduced mobility and also accommodation for people with reduced mobility.

Are barbecues permitted? Are they provided?

Yes, except in cases of extreme heat/strong winds or prefectural decrees. In this case, you will be notified. Each accommodation has its own charcoal barbecue.

Is there a washing machine and tumble dryer?

Yes, tokens can be purchased at reception.

Is there a bar and restaurant?

The campsite has a bar and a snack bar offering takeaway food only. They are open in the evenings on weekends from mid-May to early July and every evening in July/August (until the end of week 34). Please note that the Snack Bar only offers takeaway service (no seating available).

Is there a swimming pool?

Direct access to the village’s communal swimming pool (just one flight of stairs to climb). Paid access (ticket to be purchased at the pool reception). The swimming pool is open in July/August on Tuesday to Saturday afternoons. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Are pets allowed?

Our campsite welcomes pets (except Category 1 and 2 dogs) subject to the following rules:

  • They must be kept on a lead at all times.
  • They must not be left alone tied up outside or in rental properties.
  • They must not sleep on beds or sofas in rental properties (no hair on the blankets).
  • They are not permitted in the communal toilets or on the playground.
  • Their needs must be taken care of outside the campsite or collected by you.

Can we go fishing from the campsite?

Yes, fishing is possible with a licence. You can access the banks of the Loir via small gates. You can bring your boat (access to a jetty directly from the campsite). You can purchase your fishing licence at the campsite reception (various options are available: daily, weekly, children’s licences, etc.).

Are there any cycle paths?

Yes, the campsite is located on the Loir Valley Cycle Route. There are also loops to do and a greenway between Durtal and La Flèche.

Are there any shops nearby?

Yes, the campsite is located 400 metres from Durtal town centre.
