The unmissable Château de Saumur

Saumur, capital of the horse

Take a guided tour of the prestigious Cadre Noir to discover how this unique national riding school operates. From the large riding arena to the stables, via the saddlery, the tour is designed to be highly educational. Depending on the period, you may be able to attend a public performance. In a huge Olympic-size riding arena, the riders will also show you their daily work.

Walks in the city center and along the banks of the Loire

With family or friends, stroll through the many pedestrian or semi-pedestrian streets of the city center, passing through St. Peter’s Square.
